渋谷にある雑居ビルの一室を借りて行った砂の料理店の様子。
はじめにゲスト一人一人に砂のような塩を配り、その塩をかけながら料理をいただく。
下に敷かれた砂がよく見えるように、アクリル板を加工した透明の御膳を制作した。
