Sand Restaurant (Dining on the Sand), 2019
展覧会『SAND ROOM (Emptiness passport in a handful of sand)』内で開催したイベント。
事前に予約をしたゲストたちと共に「砂上の食卓」と称した一夜限りの食事をいただきます。受付時に砂のような塩が入った小袋を渡し、すべての料理はその塩をかけて食べられるものになっています。

This event was held as part of the exhibition "SAND ROOM (Emptiness passport in a handful of sand)". Guests who made reservations in advance were invited to a one-night-only meal called "Dining on the Sand". At the reception desk, guests are given a small bag of salt that looks like sand, and all dishes are served with the salt.
